Elephants
It seems that elephants, altough their size and longevity, they are scared about mice since they have problem in visualizing and perceiving because of their small size and rapidity.
This situation makes me think of all those persons who, although they are adult and mature, they don't feel comfortable in using ICTs because they perceive them as too fast and uncontrollable. I like to call this behavior "the elephant's syndrome." Just as the pachyderm fears a little mouse, an adult is scared by the mouse of a computer.
My product is devoted to such use.
The objectives of this type of user are:
- to be in touch with his beloved ones;
- to know immediately the status of his inbox;
- to answer to messages in a simple and fast way;
- to manage messages in a simple and automatic way;
- frequency of use: 7-10 messages per week.
